There's just one meeting of town government on this week's schedule. Planning Board deliberates over removal of trees with the Tree Warden, and considers potential zoning amendments along with three Environmental Impact & Design Review (EIDR) applications.

Planning Board and Tree Warden Public Hearings and Meeting via Zoom, Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at  7:00 p.m.  The Board will discuss potential zoning amendments to pursue in 2023. It will also hold public hearings on trees and several EIDRs.

The board will hold Public Hearings on the removal of dead or dying trees within the public right-of-way near 170 Canton Street and 461 Sandy Valley Road.

In hearings continued from July 12, 2022, the board will also consider EIDRs regarding : (1)  increasing exported material related to an excavation for an in-ground pool at 122 Wilsondale Street and (2)  a proposed gas station and convenience store redevelopment at 394 and 396 Providence Highway.

Also up for consideration are proposal minor modifications of an EIDR to reduce required landscaping at 200 University Avenue.
