Things to Do around Westwood this Memorial Day Weekend: Friday, May 27 to Monday, May 30, 2022 (Updated)

The Town of Westwood hosts its Memorial Day parade on Monday, while earlier during the holiday weekend, there are opportunities for a multi-stage concert, a horse hunt show, and for cheering on Westwood in a lacrosse game against Medfield.

University Station Hosts May Diaper Donation Drive for The Salvation Army of Massachusetts - Fri May 27 10:00 am

University Station in Westwood has partnered with The Salvation Army of Massachusetts to host a Diaper Donation Drive. Boston Calling Music Festival - Fri May 27 1:00 pm

This multi-day, multi-stage outdoor festival will be held each day from Friday, May 27, 2022 to Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. when the gates open until 10:45 p.m. when the music ends.Headliners include Nine Inch Nails, Weezer, Run the Jewels, Avril Lavigne, Cheap Trick, Japanese Breakfast, and many more musicians.Tickets are available as general admission, VIP and platinum, which each kind giving the concert-goer different access to different stage views, food, and drink.  [more details]

The 111th Annual Norfolk Hunt Horse Show - Sat May 28 8:00 am

The show, which has been designated a Heritage Competition by the United States Equestrian Federation, will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 and Sunday, May 29, 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m. each day. The show will include the Jumper Classic, Norfolk Hunter Derby and Hunter Derby, among other events. There will be a tack sale of high-end items in new or gently used condition.[more details]
