From 10:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, July 13th, Monday, July 25th and Friday, July 29th, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) will have an informational table at Children's Museum Easton to spread information on foster care and becoming a foster parent. There's a need for foster parents of diverse backgrounds from across the state.
DCF places children temporarily in foster care until they can be reunited with their families. Foster parents can be single or married, renters or homeowners.
If you are interested in fostering a child, this is a good opportunity to ask your questions and have then answered by a DCF representative.

Great topic! I'd love to see more from the environmental action committee on encouraging less use of pesticides/weed killers/fertilizers in town.
what a great way to encourage people to plant native, it gives me so much pleasure to see who is visiting my plants.
