Do you like a bargain? Ahavath Torah Congregation's Sisterhood is holding the event that bargain hunters can't wait for-- the synagogue's upcoming Semi-Annual Indoor Yard & Rummage Sale.
This popular event takes place on Monday, May 29, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Check out the huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing, as well as small household items, bric-a-brac, jewelry, bedding, toys, purses, and shoes for the whole family.
These bargain prices will be available for one day only at Ahavath Torah Congregation. The synagogue is located at 1179 Central Street, Stoughton, just off Route 138 and minutes from Routes 24, 139, 27 and 123.
For more information, call the synagogue office at 781-344-8733, send an email to skor123@comcast.net, or visit the website at www.atorah.org.

Sunny, with a high of 91 and low of 63 degrees. Sunny for the morning, partly cloudy during the afternoon and evening, clear overnight.
This needed to happen 5 years ago. But now the real wrangling begins as MPT will fight to get as much $$$ as they can from the state as possible”just compensation.”
I appreciate all of the work and time that the FS1 Steering Committee and Select Board have put into this process. I've also noticed a big difference in communication around this from the town on Facebook and Westwood Wire. This feels like a much different process than the first time around.
Combing the FS1 vote with the general election makes a ton of sense, and in fact, makes me wonder why not do this will ALL elections instead of holding town elections in April?
Just a reminder that you can e-mail the FS1 Committee at FS1Committee@westwoodma.gov with questions/feedback, etc.
Two different votes for the Project?
First one in October for 'site selection, budget, and funding sources' for a new FS1.
Then, a November vote for 'designing, constructing, equipping, and furnishing' of a new FS1.
Seems repetitive.
