Lifeworks, a nonprofit human services provider that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will hold its annual Cornhole Tournament fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Mick Morgan’s Irish Pub in Sharon.
This popular event raises funds to support community recreation and other programs for individuals and families served by Lifeworks. The tournament is officiated by Boston Cornhole. Players and guests can enjoy raffle drawings and food and beverage for purchase at the outdoor dining area and bar. Thirty-two two-player teams competed for prizes and bragging rights in 2022.

I am in complete support of the refurbishing and reopening of Norwood Hospital. I was working at Saint Elizabeth during this time. When steward took over our HOSPITAL group, Caritas Christie. They decimated not only our hospitals, but also two hospitals in the tiny nation of Malta.
Senator Rush is correct re: the ambulatory services. One only has to drive on RTE 109/Westwood to see the number of out of town ambulances going through town at all times of the day. Then they have to get to Boston or Needham.
