Dedham Choral Society (DCS) marks its 70th anniversary with an exciting Christmas concert, “Instruments of Peace” that is inspired by the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi.
This celebration will highlight Michael Haydn’s “St. Francis Mass,” a delightful work from the Classical period for chorus, soloists Katrina Holden Buckley (soprano), Margaret Lias (mezzo soprano) Kartik Ayysola (tenor), Rob Woodin (bass), and orchestra under the direction of Jonathan Barnhart. The concert program also includes a suite of choruses from the “Czech Christmas Mass” by Jakob Jan Ryba, a folk-inspired narrative of the Christmas story as well as audience sing-along carols.
Tickets are available for purchase at https://www.dedhamchoral.org/buy-tickets/ or at the door. Adults $35, Seniors $30, Students $20, Children (5-12) $5.

I agree. You can't compare these petitions at all.

The cost of $27,000 could have been avoided if the tax payers were notified about the idea of taking the WLT to court and it was discussed at a regular town meeting. Especially when a town takes the unusual step of taking its own land trust to court.
