Westwood Community Chest is holding its 4th annual Luminary Night, a time when the community comes together to light up the night in support of neighbors!

Luminary Night is a WCC fundraiser that supports the non-profit organization’s activities of awarding confidential grants to community members who are experiencing financial crisis. On November 1, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., set out easy-to-assemble paper lanterns that you can purchase from WCC at four local businesses. Your purchase helps support Westwood neighbors in need. Beautify the night and your community with light, while supporting Westwood neighbors!

Participants can purchase luminary kits in-person to take home on the same day, or make purchases online for a later pickup.

In-person purchases can be made at the following Westwood locations:

• Pollard’s Test Kitchen: Beginning October 5, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Muffin House Café: October 10 and October 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Décor & More: Beginning October 22, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
