Stacker compiled a list of cities with the fastest-growing home prices in Boston-Cambridge-Newton, MA-NH metro area using data from Zillow. Cities are ranked by 1-year price change as of September 2022. The typical home value in the United States increased over the last year by +14.1% to $356,054. Data was available for 199 cities and towns in Boston.
Local towns included in the top 25 on that list are Westwood (#24), Sherborn (#22), Newton (#13), Needham (#6), Dover (#4), and Wellesley (#2).
