Update: Missing Student Has Been Found

Late on Friday evening, Needham Police announced a missing child has been found and is being evaluated.

The police department published a Facebook post around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023, seeking the public's help in locating a student who ran away from Needham's Walker School. The student was last seen wearing a red jumpsuit with red sweatpants. A reverse 9-1-1 call also went out to the local community late on Friday night.

Near the end of the night, Needham Police announced on Facebook an end to the alert, stating that the child had been found.
