Inclyousion Sports has announced earlier this week that it is partnering with Westwood Recreation for Spring 2024 to provide inclusive sports programming in soccer and baseball fundamentals in Westwood for children aged 2 to 7 years of age.
The spring programs will be held at Westwood's Lodge Soccer Field on Sunday mornings, beginning April 28, 2024.
"This Spring, we look forward to another successful season, where kids of all abilities and experience levels can have fun learning new sports and making new friends,” says Kristen Perkins, Co-Founder & CEO, Inclyousion Sports.

Sunny, with a high of 92 and low of 63 degrees. Sunny in the morning, clear in the afternoon and evening,
This needed to happen 5 years ago. But now the real wrangling begins as MPT will fight to get as much $$$ as they can from the state as possible”just compensation.”
I appreciate all of the work and time that the FS1 Steering Committee and Select Board have put into this process. I've also noticed a big difference in communication around this from the town on Facebook and Westwood Wire. This feels like a much different process than the first time around.
Combing the FS1 vote with the general election makes a ton of sense, and in fact, makes me wonder why not do this will ALL elections instead of holding town elections in April?
Just a reminder that you can e-mail the FS1 Committee at FS1Committee@westwoodma.gov with questions/feedback, etc.
Two different votes for the Project?
First one in October for 'site selection, budget, and funding sources' for a new FS1.
Then, a November vote for 'designing, constructing, equipping, and furnishing' of a new FS1.
Seems repetitive.
