It's that time of year we all spring forward.
On Sunday, March 8th at 2:00 a.m., clocks are turned ahead by one hour. In practical terms, those keeping the same bedtime and waking time will lose an hour of sleep.
For many, their phones and computers will automatically update. However, clocks on cars, walls, and watches may need to be manually adjusted.
