No. We were presented with a cost of $38.1M. Not once, but twice. With the end result of 'No' both times.
How is $40M now, 4% less than $38.1?
And what's this out of nowhere number of $41.6M? In case someone forgot, again, we were presented with $38.1M.

Great catch, Brian, and sincere apologies for the confusion. You are correct that Westwood Minute's previous reporting focused on $38.1 million as the  project cost voted down by residents in 2025.
