The rebooted project has been described as about 20 percent smaller in square footage and about $1.62 million or 4 percent less expensive than the prior proposal, using dollars not adjusted for inflation.…. Is this really better?Â

Get worse? It did. This latest plan is a farce. 40,000,000? So much for the steering committee doing their research. Anybody take the time to read the opponent's reference in the question #10 mailing from the town? His example being what thery did in Rockland? About what we could get for so much less.
