Medford Resident Wins $1 Million in Massachusetts State Lottery

Nadal Blanc of Medford is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Go For The Green” scratch ticket game, announced the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission on August 11.

He chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He plans use his winnings to purchase a car and invest.

He purchased his winning ticket at 350 Food Mart, 350 Broadway in Somerville. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
