This special event with Daniela Schächter features the music of Wayne Shorter, one of the most influential composers and jazz performers of all time. Following Wayne Shorter's passing in March 2023, Berklee College of Music established a "Faculty Fellowship Grant" to honor him. 

Award-winning pianist and vocalist Daniela Schächter received this prestigious grant and composed for a nonet, a nine-piece orchestra, to pay tribute to Shorter's iconic music.
