It's Christmas in July at the Garden at Elm Bank, where Snow Village model trains can be viewed for a week without the cold or holiday crowds! Also, young actors retell the classic story of "Sleeping Beauty" in a production by Walpole Children's Theatre.
On Monday, Westwood Young Women's Club holds its second outdoor concert in its family-friendly summer series, with live music with Vanessa Trien.
On Wednesday, experience one or both planetarium programs that include an animated story, along with images from space and the story of capturing the iconic "Earthrise" photograph, in the words of Apollo 8 astronauts.
Thursday is the opening day for Needham Rotary Club's annual carnival! It's also another chance to make enjoying the summer sunset an event at Powisset Farm, with local musicians, wood-fired pizza, and activities.

Saturday is the opening day of Christmas in July with Snow Village model trains, a week-long event with holiday spirit but without the winter weather! The train room is a highlight of the venue's Festival of Trees holiday experience, but it's also appearing in the summer, allowing visitors to experience it with smaller crowds.
