Are you clinging to a broken item – for example, a lamp or piece of jewelry – that you want to keep but don’t know how to fix or get fixed? On Saturday, October 5, from 3 PM to 6 PM, the Westwood Environmental Action Committee will host its second Repair Café.

Show up with items you want to have repaired (e.g.,  bicycles, clothing, jewelry, lamps, small furniture and small appliances). A skilled volunteer will fix your item for free. You will only be financially obligated to purchase replacement parts, if needed.

Stay and wait for your repair while you chat with neighbors over refreshments that will be provided!
