Thanks to a very generous donor, the Bean Farm in Westwood is giving away the remaining Christmas trees on its tree lot for free, from now through Sunday, December 22nd, announced the Bean Farm this week.
The donors, who are referred to as the Aquino Family, hope that the free Christmas trees make their way into the hands of people who are in need of the assistance in purchasing a tree, but the free trees are available to anyone in need of a tree, explained the Bean Farm in its announcement.
Those interested can simply drop by the Bean Family Farm, and request a donated tree, during daily operating hours. The farm is usually open on weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00, and is open on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Bean Farm is located at 711 Clapboardtree Street in Westwood.
Westwood Minute has confirmed the validity of this generous offer. Readers may note that this announcement is not being widely posted on social media by the Bean Farm. This is due to the concern of demand far outstripping supply, explains Chris Bean, who operates the farm.
Thanks to Chris Bean and the Bean Farm for sharing this news with Westwood Minute.
