Westwood In A Minute: Sign of Spring

Photo by Westwood Minute/Darlene Wong Cancell. The emergence of daffodils, such as these, are often among the first signs of warming temperatures after winter's cold, heralding the coming of spring.

Just look what was under the snow. A short, two-day period of temperatures ranging from the 50s to 70s was enough to encourage spring's daffodils to emerge, just soon as the snow melted.
