Nature exploration, Indian culture, and Gaelic sports make for an unusually varied offering of activities this weekend! Dedham hosts its Biodiversity Day, ICON celebrates India Day in Needham, and the United States Gaelic Athletic Association holds its annual finals in Gaelic football and other sports.

There is also a hands-on, sensory-friendly Touch-A-Truck in Danvers, along with outdoor concerts in Norwood and Walpole, and a viewing of the summer sky at Framingham State University's planetarium.

The Dolan Center, Dedham

From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Dedham Conservation Commission hosts the 3rd Annual Biodiversity Day. Visitors can join scheduled activities such as a nature hike or a guided kayak adventure, learn about citizen science, hear a presentation about beekeeping, and meet rehabilitated birds of prey. Bierman Autism Centers, Danvers

Bierman Autism Centers and Little Explorers Early Childhood Education & Care are hosting a free outdoor event where kids can get up close to fire trucks, police cars, construction vehicles, and more. Climb in. Look around. Honk the horn. Meet the people who drive them. This is that kind of morning.
