Westwood High School's Boys Basketball team (No. 29 seed) competes against Charlestown High School (No. 5 seed) in the MIAA Division 2 Boys Basketball Round of 8. 

To advance to this point, Westwood prevailed by one-point over Shepherd Hill (No. 4 seed) in the Round of 32, and bested Walpole (No. 20 seed) in the Round of 16.
