Each year, the month of March brings Westwood these things:

  • Blue herons and geese
  • Peeper frogs
  • Daffodils and crocuses
  • And the annual Westwood Artists gallery exhibit at the Westwood Public Library at 660 High Street

Karen Flowers Cagan, facilitator of this annual event, is excited to offer artists from Westwood a chance to exhibit in this spacious, beautiful, well-lit gallery that is open to the public. “It’s our fifth year!” she says with a smile on her face. “And this year, we will have a reception, too!”

The reception will be held at the library on Wednesday, March 8th from 5:00-7:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to come and meet the artists, have a snack, and make merry.

Accomplished porcelain artist Gunyoung Kim is exhibiting with Westwood Artists for the first time at this show. She joins ceramic artists Jane Wojick and Lisa WB Walker; watercolor painters Carol Ahearn, Andrew Jonic, and Elidi Chan; glass artist Marilyn Brier; calligrapher Claire Griffin; photographers Karen Flowers Cagan and Melanie Guerra; collage artist Michael Manning; oil painter Maureen Obey; origami jeweler Kathy O’Donnell; quilter Zelayna Rauch; and weaver Kathy Zola.
