Things To Do Around Westwood This Weekend: Friday, Mar 3 - Sunday, Mar 5 (Updated 3/3/2023)

This weekend, sports fans and Wolverines fans can cheer on Xaverian and Westwood High School's teams in basketball and hockey, as they play in their respective state tournments.

On Friday, Westwood Girls Basketball (No. 4 seed) plays Dartmouth at home, in the MIAA Division 2 Tournament Round of 32. 

Westwood High School Boys Basketball also plays in the Round of 32, in an away game with Shepherd Hill Regional School, while Xaverian plays at home against Peabody High School.

In hockey, the Westwood Wolverines have made it to the Round of 16. They go up against Hopkinton at the New England Sports Center on Sunday.

This week's compilation of activities is a reminder that shopping  and dining out are activities, too! And for outdoor fun, consider a maple sugaring tour at a local organic farm.

Hockey: Westwood v. Hopkinton - Sun Mar 5 2:00 pm

On Sunday, March 5th at 2:10 p.m., Westwood Boys Hockey (No. 24 seed)  plays Hopkinton (No. 8 seed) in the MIAA Division 2 Round of 16. 
Tickets are $11.50 for adults and $6.25 for students/seniors and are available here.
