The rain let up and clouds cleared just in time for the second annual Westwood Pride Celebration on Sunday. Community members gathered for music, poetry, crafts, food and games.
Highlights included a poetry reading by Westwood's youth poet laureate, an improv show led by Patrick French, a story walk contributed by the Westwood Public Library, and of course plenty of cotton candy and other treats!
All of the volunteers, donors, vendors, sponsors, faith communities, and community partners helped to make this joyful, safe, and welcoming event a resounding success.
