The rain let up and clouds cleared just in time for the second annual Westwood Pride Celebration on Sunday. Community members gathered for music, poetry, crafts, food and games.

Community members took advantage of the break in rain and clouds to come out and celebrate Westwood Pride.Highlights included a poetry reading by Westwood's youth poet laureate, an improv show led by Patrick French, a story walk contributed by the Westwood Public Library, and of course plenty of cotton candy and other treats!

Thank you Heather. After being a climate activist for 20 years, I find it astonishing that fossil fuels are still our primary source of energy. The gas and oil industries have a stronger chokehold on us than I ever imagined.
