The 14th Interfaith Mini-Walk for Hunger, a community event in support of ensuring neighbors have enough to eat, will be held on Sunday, October 27th this year, with a 1:30 p.m. start at Temple Beth David in Westwood.
The three-mile, family-friendly walk through Westwood neighborhoods, with the temple as both start and finish, is a fundraiser for Project Bread. The non-profit organization works to eliminate hunger in Massachusetts.
All members of the public are invited to register and collect sponsors, via the walk's website or by scanning the below QR code. Participants need not belong to a house of worship to join.
Non-perishable items will be collected for local food banks on the event day. Questions can be directed to Jeff Greenwald at jlgreenwald@mgb.org.

The Townwide cleanup is wonderful. Unfortunately none of the
Westwood Conservation areas are included.
Hi Ken, if there is an area in town that you'd like to clean, please reach out to us at westwoodenvironment@gmail.com. We will add it to the list so that you can sign up for it.
