At the 40th Anniversary “A Ruby Celebration” of the Rhododendron Needlers Quilt Guild (RNQG), four Westwood quilters were awarded ribbons for second and third place finishes in various categories.

Abby Sullivan won a Second Place ribbon for "Balls in the Air," her Applique Wall Quilt.

Dana Farley won a Second Place Ribbon for her 2023 Temperature Quilt in the 1st Time Entrant category. The color of the squares indicate the high temperature of each day, and the color of the circle indicates the low temperature of each day. The colors along the bottom border of the quilt represent the temperature key.
