The mild, clear weather and migratory time of year seems to have brought out species not so often seen in Westwood. In the photo above, taken on September 5th, a bird is well-camouflaged in a swampy area. See if you can find it. Can you identify what it is?

Thank you, Ms. Viti. That is precisely why the Town is seeking the judge’s interpretation and ruling. Once again, you are reinforcing Mr. Moore’s previous arguments for why the Town and the WLT need to allow the declaratory judgment to play out – so the judge can rule
