Things To Do around Westwood this Weekend and Beyond: Friday, March 28th to Tuesday, April 1st

The following list of activities offers one of the most interesting mixes we've seen in a single week since publishing this article series on things to do in the local area! From gardening outside to a Gala at a golf club, read on to find the activity that suits you!

This Saturday is the Gala of Giving at Norfolk Golf Club. The event is held each year by Westwood Community Chest as a fundraiser, and provides attendees with an entertaining night out with neighbors in support of community members in need.

On Sunday, there's another opportunity for the civic-minded. At the Westwood Candidates Forum organized by the local chapter of the League of Women Voters, the public can meet and learn more about candidates running for office in the Town of Westwood.

Rounding out the local weekend activities are an Easter bunny photo opp, a puzzle competition, blues band performance, New England Revolution soccer game, and evening hike.

Next week, the Evening Garden Club of West Roxbury invites the community to learn more about container gardening from a master gardener.

More event details are below. If you haven't already, go ahead and subscribe to the Westwood Minute email newsletter to stay up to date on local events and things to do!
