This weekend welcomes a return of annual fall happenings like open houses and fall festivals, and other notable events:
For book lovers, there's an author signing at Legacy Place on Saturday and then on Wednesday, Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll visits the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds. The former event is an author discussion of the book, The Clear Skin Diet, and the latter celebrates the county's publication of We Remember Our Women: Notable Land Records, Volume 4.
Fall gardeners may be interested in the in-depth talk on fall Dahlia care at a meeting of the Evening Garden Club of West Roxbury, which is open to the public.
