After a 3 year hiatus, the Holly Fair returns to First Baptist Church of Westwood on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the church’s Fellowship Hall.
Offerings include artwork, food and home-baked goodies, hand-made items, gently worn jewelry, and the popular attic treasures. In addition, there will be a new table this year for “good goods.” It will include some gift baskets, some brand new items, some slightly used but special items, and perhaps some surprises.
A few independent vendors will also be present with handmade items, Tupperware, and Pampered Chef products.
The church’s old shutters have been painted by local artists and will be for sale. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Boston-based non-profit organization Sunflower of Peace Foundation (www.sunflowerofpeace.com).
Visitors are invited to bring white athletic socks for the homeless. The socks will be donated to the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.

I am in complete support of the refurbishing and reopening of Norwood Hospital. I was working at Saint Elizabeth during this time. When steward took over our HOSPITAL group, Caritas Christie. They decimated not only our hospitals, but also two hospitals in the tiny nation of Malta.
Moderate or heavy snow showers, with a high of 38 and low of 24 degrees. Don't forget your umbrella! Sunny for the morning, ice pellets during the afternoon and evening, clear overnight.
Senator Rush is correct re: the ambulatory services. One only has to drive on RTE 109/Westwood to see the number of out of town ambulances going through town at all times of the day. Then they have to get to Boston or Needham.
