The Grand Parade starts at 9:00 a.m. Needham Town Hall and takes a route that ends on Highland Avenue, near the library.
Children are invited to gather earlier no later than 8:45 a.m. with a decorated bike, or to simply walk, in the Children's Parade.

To whom is the proposed Feasibility and Schematic Design Services of $325,000 to be awarded to? Has the Town put out a Request for Proposals for this? Or are we giving more money to Dore + Whittier to get it right
