Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearings via Zoom, Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The board will hear three applications. Meeting materials are viewable here.

One application is filed by Michael Walsh in an appeal from a decision by the town's building commissioner that residential use at 9 Westwood Terrace is not permitted in the Local Business B district. The applicant had proposed a home office that would encroach on the side and rear setbacks.

A second application is related to a request by Michael Stallings for a variance where a sunroom addition was built under a building permit that had been issued for a detached shed at 129 Dover Road. The new addition does not meet rear setback requirements.

The third appeal concerns Benjamin Haughey's  application for a special permit for a variance to allow an accessory apartment at 754 High Street. The accessory apartment would be 461 square feet larger than is permitted under Zoning Bylaw Section 8.5.6.3.
