Things To Do around Westwood This Weekend: Friday, Feb 2 - Sunday, Feb 4 (Updated)

The Lunar New Year is next weekend, but the celebration begins in Braintree this Sunday afternoon. A lion dance and other cultural activities await at this free admission event.

On Saturday, take a look at Sound Sculpture at Bellforge Arts Center, an arts exhibit which offers the visiting public a chance to interact and make a creation that is also an auditory experience.

This weekend is also full of opportunities to support local high school sports. Westwood Wolverines compete in swimming, basketball, track, and hockey.

Sound Sculpture at Bellforge - Sat Feb 3 5:00 pm

The public can interact and place 25 musical blocks to make a sound sculpture or musical structure. Help create sound creatively, cooperatively, and spontaneously!
