A woman whom Needham Police considered missing after she was last seen on April 29th and last heard from on May 4th, has been found, according to Needham Police Department's recent and brief update to its original Facebook post in which police requested the public's help.
The recent update appears as one line of new text at the top of the police department's original May 7th posting. The update appears to have been added a few days later, between May 10th to May 11th.
"!! !! !! Party has been located. Thank you all !! !! !!" reads the new information, without more.
Before being found, 62 year-old Linda Croteau was last seen at her former Needham residence on April 29th. Her cell phone was last pinged in Oxford, Massachusetts on May 4th. As she has been located, she need not be considered a missing person any longer.
Sunny, with a high of 50 and low of 25 degrees. Partly Cloudy in the morning, sunny for the afternoon, partly cloudy in the evening, clear overnight.
I completely agree. Washington St. also has some terrible patches, especially the handicap ramps. I don’t understand why the DPW is responsible for clearing sidewalks in front of homes and businesses. It seems that those should be the responsibility of the property owner.
The sidewalks on High Rock and Hartford have been pretty treacherous this winter too. I didn't contact DPW about it though.
