On Saturday, March 8, Life Time is hosting its Ride of a Life Time charity workout event to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation, and the workout event is open to both members and non-members alike.
Anyone can participate in Ride of a Life Time, and participants of all fitness levels can sign up for cycling, studio classes, or workouts featuring GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit. Every workout supports kids’ health, inspiring movement and community. Individuals pay a registration fee of $25 and are encouraged to raise a minimum of $250.
Registration is open now at www.rideofalifetime.life or on the Life Time app for Life Time members. Non-members can take part in Ride of a Life Time by registering at this link.
Life Time raised more than $1.1 million for both causes last year and hopes to raise $1.5 million nationwide this year. Life Time expects more than 10,000 people in North America to fundraise for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation. Local proceeds will benefit the Boston Children’s Hospital.

Patchy rain nearby, with a high of 49 and low of 33 degrees. Overcast in the morning,
I completely agree. Washington St. also has some terrible patches, especially the handicap ramps. I don’t understand why the DPW is responsible for clearing sidewalks in front of homes and businesses. It seems that those should be the responsibility of the property owner.
The sidewalks on High Rock and Hartford have been pretty treacherous this winter too. I didn't contact DPW about it though.
