Westwood High School PTO (with support of Thurston, Downey and Hanlon PTOs) presents speaker, podcaster, and licensed social worker Lynn Lyons. On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, Ms. Lyons  will give a talk on positive ways to manage anxiety.

Ms. Lyons has a special interest in breaking the cycle of worry in families and has authored books and articles on the subject of anxiety.

The intended audience is adults and kids aged 13 and over. The event is free.
