On Saturday, October 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Cushing Carnival with entertainment and fair food comes to Newton.
Then on Sunday, October 15th, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy the full Harvest Festival with carnival rides and games, along with food trucks, live music, pumpkin decorating, and 100+ vendors. Admission is free.

To whom is the proposed Feasibility and Schematic Design Services of $325,000 to be awarded to? Has the Town put out a Request for Proposals for this? Or are we giving more money to Dore + Whittier to get it right
