Residents who want to participate in Westwood's Special Town Meeting, can attend in-person to vote on articles that include:
- allocating funding for construction of Fire Station 1
- abandoning funding of a Fire Department multipurpose vehicle, transferring funds to another project, and take any related action
- miscellaneous (placeholder)

The cost of $27,000 could have been avoided if the tax payers were notified about the idea of taking the WLT to court and it was discussed at a regular town meeting. Especially when a town takes the unusual step of taking its own land trust to court.
