Highlights on the agendas for this week's meetings of the Town of Westwood government:

Wednesday: Permanent Building Committee and School Committee discuss a construction progress update and the Zoning Board of Appeals hears an application to reduce the age restriction for residency at Westwood Glen Commons.

Thursday: Pam Dukeman gives an update on sewer rates and Paul Ryan gives an update on I&I construction at the Department of Public Works Sewer Commission Meeting.

Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearings via Zoom, Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The public will have opportunity to comment on four applications before the board.  

Three applications concern nonconforming structures at 42 Glen Road (proposed second floor addition), 55 Webster Street (new covered front porch and addition to garage), and 9 Westwood Terrace (second story addition to garage). The fourth is an application to amend the age restriction for occupancy at 21 Westwood Glen Road, the address of Westwood Glen Commons, from 62 to 55 years of age.
