Things To Do around Westwood This Weekend and Beyond: Friday, Dec. 13th to Thursday, Dec. 19th

The winter holiday season is in full swing! The skating rink is open at Patriot Place, a group sing of Christmas carols is being held at First Parish of Westwood, Dedham Choral Society singers hold their Christmas concert that includes an audience sing-along, and West Roxbury holds its holiday market this weekend. Looking ahead to next week, the holiday classic movie, It's a Wonderful Life, shows at TCAN and Hale Education hosts a Winter Soltice Celebration.

Also of note is the Black Hole Symphony, a part of the Multiverse Concert Series, hosted by the Christa McAuliffe Center in its Planetarium. The audience will experience a ride through space to the edge of a black hole, with live music accompaniment.
