Westwood Public Schools Cancelled Dec. 23 Due to Outages

Around 7:00 a.m. on Friday, December 23, 2022, Superintendent Emily Parks has informed the Westwood Public Schools community that school is cancelled throughout the district. School was first cancelled only for Sheehan due to a power outage. However, outages at the high school and Thurston prompted a decision to cancel school throughout the district. 

Ms. Parks’ message also indicated a downed tree on Clapboardtree Street which could affect delays in traffic.
