Through collaboration with Westwood Environmental Action Committee, New Life Furniture Bank is accepting and collecting furniture donations, and will schedule a pick-up at your address on Sunday, October 13th after 9:00 a.m.

Are you thinking about throwing away a piece of furniture during Westwood’s October Bulk Pickup collection by the DPW? Instead, you can give that item a second life by donating it to New Life Furniture Bank which provides gently used household furnishings to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.

Items being collected are:

• dressers
• desks
• dining tables
• dining chairs
• bookcases
• coffee tables
