The event drew thousands, who gathered at the Boston Common in front of the State House to advocate for reproductive rights, immigrant and LGBTQ protection, to support Ukraine, and to protest against what they view as the wholesale dismantling of government institutions by unelected officials.

The crowd, with activist honk band BABAM in front, marched through the Mall on Commonwealth Avenue to Hereford Street, then up Boylston Street. As it approached the Tesla dealership, a flash mob of about 60 dancers was just finishing a dance-protest.
