Below are meetings of Westwood's town government this week. Of particular note is Select Board's discussion on Monday of a Dana Farber Cancer Institute proposed proton therapy facility, a topic that Select Board reviewed last summer. Select Board will also revisit the issue of reconstituting the Long Range Financial Planning Committee and take up other items on the agenda, including the position of Town Treasurer.
Select Board Meeting via Zoom, Monday, September 12, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Scheduled action includes Fire Department staffing, solar, and a proposed agreement with Dana Farber Cancer Institute on a proton therapy facility in Westwood.Â
Select Board will also revisit the topic of a Long Range Financial Planning Committee, a 2022 Fall Town Meeting, financial policies, the position of Town Treasurer, release of 2nd quarter capital, and appointments and the annual process for reappointments to town boards and committees.

School Committee Policy Review Subcommittee Meeting, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. The subcommittee will discuss Policy CBA - Qualifications and Duties of Superintendent and evaluate policies related to support services and facilities development.
