Rain didn't dampen the festivities at the Westwood Young Women’s Club’s 3rd annual HarvestFest on October 21st! The event moved indoors at Westwood's Martha Jones School for a day of fall fun, including pumpkin decorating, crafts, music, storytime, an obstacle course, and cookie decorating. Hundreds of guests enjoyed sweets, cider, food trucks, and there was even a tented petting zoo outside for young animal enthusiasts.
Tickets sales and sponsorships from HarvestFest support important causes in the community, including the Westwood Early Childhood Council, the Council on Aging, a scholarship at WHS, and more. The WYWC has supported the Westwood community through service, fundraising, and family-friendly events since 1971. The nonprofit group always welcomes new members interested in serving Westwood and connecting with our community. Learn more at wywc.org.
