This weekend may bring showers, but you can stay dry and find entertainment indoors! Westwood's Thurston Middle School student performers take the stage with live orchestra on Friday and Saturday in a musical adaptation of Disney's movie in Descendents The Musical. On Saturday, Exsultet, a local women's chorus, presents a concert at First Parish of Westwood featuring classics and cultural gems, such as Sweet Caroline and Eleanor Rigby, along with global selections.
Looking at next week, there's an Open Mic and poetry reading at Westwood Public Library on Tuesday. Westwood resident musician Nicolás Emden performs at Club Passim on Wednesday.
