From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, families can enjoy an evening with inflatable attractions, classic carnival games, and carnival snacks while supplies last. I completely agree. Washington St. also has some terrible patches, especially the handicap ramps. I don’t understand why the DPW is responsible for clearing sidewalks in front of homes and businesses. It seems that those should be the responsibility of the property owner.
The sidewalks on High Rock and Hartford have been pretty treacherous this winter too. I didn't contact DPW about it though.
